Called Sorrells 8:30am and told them I needed the brake noise evaluated and repaired that day Eric told me to come right in. I left my truck and was given a ride back to the RV RESORT we were staying at. Truck’s front brakes and rotors replaced at a very fair price. Eric was honest and stated that rear brakes still had some miles left in them. Truck done by 1 pm and price same as estimate. I would definitely recommend this garage for locals and tourists who need urgent repairs!!

My Jeep overheated Friday afternoon. Around 330 in a highway traffic jam before Exit 20. I had to ride the shoulder for a couple miles praying I could get off the highway. Eventually made my way to Sorrells Marathon. Some young men working the shop directed a mechanic named Tito to me. He began looking it over, checking different things. Eventually the decision was made that my cooling fan wasn't working. He checked fuses etc. By this time it's almost 5 pm and everything is closing. He called around and was told he could MAYBE get a new fan by Tuesday. No guarantee. So here I am stranded in the Maggie Valley(Beautiful btw). Tito had one of the young men working in the shop, who was very kind and polite to give me a ride to the Hotel down the road for the night. Fast forward to Tuesday , the part did finally come and Tito had my jeep back on the road by Wednesday morning. There was nothing abnormal about my repairs but I felt inclined to review because of the kindness I encountered both here and at the ExxonMobil. Good people here in the Maggie Valley! Nice to know travelers have someone they can count on when in need! Thanks Tito and team for everything!

We ordered an 8 piece box of chicken and 10 tater wedges . We had to wait 30 minutes on the chicken and they wanted us to wait another 15 on the wedges. We declined and they gave us what was in the warmer. When we left we noticed the chicken had a really old grease smell but thought it would be okay. BIG MISTAKE. When we got to the picnic area and started to eat ,we found the chicken was so over cooked it was inedible. The wedges were cold and hard. We couldn't eat it so we had to throw it away. 30 dollars worth of inedible food. I won't make that mistake again.

Took my truck to get 4 tires put on and was told it was over sized tires now these were not oversized by any means and they destroyed the tire and filled it full of bead sealer to get it to hold air it was supposed to have around 65pounds in it only held 32 and it blistered and blew part of the bead out and quoted me 80 for all 4 to be mounted an balanced charged me 115 cause it was oversized they lied to cover up the mistake they made

Tire service is great. The hardware store is better than Ace with low low prices. I'm going to start going here for many things instead of the local Lowes or Home Depot. The restaurant has fair priced country cooking with excellent daily specials.

They were able to help me out on a Saturday afternoon when everybody else that replaces tires were closed. Huge help and under $100 for all four tires to be switched out with my new ones.

After coming down a mountain, my breaks gave out, we were in Waynesville for Christmas, so the day after this was the only place that would get us back on the road. The mechanic James was super friendly and knowledgeable. He showed us what he was doing and got us back on the road in no time! Great place to go if you have any car issues! Thank you James!
