The big black guy who works there is lazy. The other employee had a line and he sat there on his phone and didn't even get up to help her. Seems he doesn't want to work and wants to get paid. He didn't even acknowledge the customers. I felt bad for his coworker. Hire people who actually want to work. Nobody should have to stand in line for 10 minutes while an employee plays on their phone.

This place literally rips people of at the pump. You enter your DEBIT CARD pay at the pump and you enter your pin number. Then the pump charges you for the higher CREDIT rate. On the receipt it says DEBIT but shows CHARGING for CREDIT.This happened multiple times.When i told the employees the seemed not to care less!I used to buy hundreds of dollars of gas every month. NO LONGER

Employees Always willing to help out customers. Some customers are very rude wanting freebies and hand outs.

Seems a little unorganized.Seems there's always a trainee at the register.They tend to talk to other employees rather than talking directly to the customer.

Came to this location because my 88 year old mother needed to use bathroom and I needed coffee and snacks. I asked if we could use bathroom and RICHARD immediately handed the key to us. I really appreciate his customer service because the two woman at exit 103 Shell said bathroom locked and only cappuccino machine. I gave them one star. Thank you RICHARD for your prompt and friendly service. 12/20 /22 @ 1245

Well I went to spend $156 dollars at and did, The guy working there at night ,treated me like a criminal.Ive never go back to this store. As a millitary veteran. Iam disgusted with who you have working there. He should be fired , immediately. May 3rd ,2022. At 1am was the time I was there. I'll never spend a penny here again.

Awful now that new managers took over. Been coming here as a regular for 3 years, was one of my favorite convenience stores but not anymore. The new managers are rude, and changing all of the rules. I've spent probably just short of 50k here in the past year but from now on I'm going elsewhere. My dog has also been a regular here, even getting snacks and treats from the workers until now, now the managers act like they're disgusted by him. It was nice while it lasted but never going here again.

Stop for gas and there's no attendant on duty to take care of customers need. Instead there is a sign on the door saying \\\"back in 10\\\". Counting myself there were 4 other cars drive off due to nobody in store. Including a police officer.
