My husband was accused of running off and not paying for his gas. We had the receipt that came to my cell phone. He went to our bank and got the bank statement printed off. He took it in to the manager named D showed it to her. She apologized to him for being accused. I have been here for a year and never been to that shell. I prefer to go somewhere else. He went back after a week and two of the employees said I can't believe you showed your face here. We are walking distance from this Shell. Very rude comment. If you look up shell near you will see which ones are cheaper on gas. He even went inside and paid with our debit card. He is an honest person and hates to see ppl stealing from places. Make sure they see you pumping gas.

Nice place. Plenty of selections. Decent amount of truck parking. If you can find a spot out back it's free to park.

Rude employees rude owner so embarrassing that Haywood county has to be represented by people like this they are ungrateful whenever someone spends money there every day and they treat you like you are beneath them. I will hate this store and I will always hate this store because it is ridiculous to spend my money somewhere like this

My jaguar blew up at the exit wrecker pushed me to the gas station and the owners were nice enough to let me stay with my car for 3 days while stranded until a salvage company could pick it upThank you - a seabee veteran

Stopped here to take a leak yesterday. Bathrooms we're kinda dirty but they got the job done. My sweet woman bought me an energy drink that helped me finish the drive home from Knox vegas. White gummy bear was an interesting flavor but glad I tried it.

so...big sign on the door saying must wear a mask to enter. my fiance and i went in of course we had masks on to protect ourselves and others out of respect?i would say that the majority of people had no masks on including the employees of the store. my fiance was playing a machine in the back and i was standing there beside him. an older female employee came over and said that I must leave due to "social distancing rules". this same employee had no mask on and clearly did not care about the rules of the store that she works for?i find it quite funny she wanted to enforce rules that she doesnt practice herself??

Just a regular fuel stop , have diesel pump for trucks, no DEF on pump, but carry the DEF jugs. Parking for tractor-trailers are ok but limited. Convenience store is clean, service is friendly. Have one shower.
