I called because my grandmother got locked out of her car and Chris sent a driver named Cecil to help her. These guys were there within 10 min. Chris even texted me immediately to let me know they got her unlocked. Thank you guys ????

Wish I could give them 100 stars. Showed up in one helluva storm 30 minutes earlier than they were supposed to and did not complain about having to work from the side of the interstate in a down pour and extremely hazardous situation. I wish I had gotten the names of the 2 guys that helped me yesterday with my motorcycle because I want them again if I ever find myself in need of a tow. Really outstanding men! PITTS, I hope you pay them well because they are the best representatives for your business! Big thanks to them!

Great guys. Was left hanging for 4 hrs by another tow company. Reached out to these guys and they were there in 15 minutes. Towed my truck and did it at a great price.

I was absolutely blown away at my experience with Pitts towing. We live in franklin. My wife's car broke down in Clyde. Not only was Pitts $1000 less than the other companies we called. But the driver offered to wait with my wife until I got there to pick her up. They are professional, reliable, reasonable, and respectful. I could not have possibly anticipated the interaction going as well as it did.

Truck driver just pulled into passing lane, turned all his white lights on and applied his brakes. DANGEROUS DRIVER!!! Not a company I would use!

Bobby is the MAN. Got locked out of my car while it was snowing, within 15 minutes he was there and had my doors unlocked. Absolutely would recommend Pitts if you’re in Waynesville, no one else in the area will give you efficient service like Pitts. 10/10

We had AMAZING service! Our car broke down while driving thru town from out of town. Pitts towed us and replaced our starter in a matter of minutes. Fantastic service!
