If you think parking was bad here before you’re going to love it even more now. 10 if not 12 of the truck parking spaces are being eliminated to allow for EV charging. That’s right it’s all for the convenience of you. The ever growing and widely popular EV’s. Truckers will truly be tickled to the news of fewer spaces ?

Asked them to make some fresh chicken and they did. Most of the parking is reserved and they do enforce it. The staff is friendly but I will be trying to avoid this Pilot in the future.

Pilot. Can you please change the hours for subway to 2130? The app says 2200 but they are shutting it down at 2130. I stopped here for the night in order to eat before resting. Checked the app first. Then i get here at 2135 and the workers denied me service and hardly any grill items available. Guess i will go to sleep hungry. Not pleased at all. Do better please.

Needed fuel, pumps crowded had to wait in line to find out all their pumps weren't operational. Took them a while to come out and block pumps off. So went inside to use restroom and men's room was nasty. Can't comment any further since we couldn't get fuel and decided to not take a chance on anything else. Can be a challenge exit this location.

Do not stop here. Rude and incompetent employees who are rude to anyone who doesn't spend their life savings at their store. The bathrooms were disgusting and slow service. Construction going on and M=th heads hangoutside with the management smoking and harassing customers.

Great customer service on two separate visits for resets. Clean restrooms and showers. Only criticism is the parking lot sucks, but it works for how much space they have available.

Pilot there's no reason for you guys to keep building those trucks stops in tiny places like this cause once I fix my truck at the shop there's no reason I should wait for more than 40 minutes to get out of the bay just because y'all don't know how to build this is outrageous put that shop somewhere else or fix it for Christ sake

This is the worst gas station ever, if I could give no stars I would. My card was stuck in the gas pump. Went inside for help and they laugh at me and said "well you gotta talk to the machine nicely and wait 5 mins. After trying to get ot out for 10 mins. He finally comes out (tall guy long black hair) and "tryed" helping. Then said we'll ill have to call someone I don't have keys. After another 10 mins we go back in and said that card is how we get home we're 2 states away he strugged his shoulders and said we'll you can leave the card here and I'll watch it or I can cut it up for you. Mind you while he was supposed to be calling someone he was flirting with the subway girl, blasting music on his speaker and said we'll I was dealing with a homeless customer. We finally got it out ourselves. No thanks to him
