“PetSmart has a lot of pet stuff. It was a little frustrating, tho, to figure out what size harness to get for our dog. We had the dog with us, but staff had no measuring tape and thus we wound up buying a harness that was definitely too large and we had to return it the next day after an additional trip. The harness tags and packing are designed so that a customer cannot (understandably) put them in their dog and just walk out, but I'm sure this situation comes up a lot, and the experience could have been better. It's simply not possible to "try on" a harness in the store.”

The owner was so friendly and so incredibly helpful.. not only assisting us with products but being patient with our timid dog and pointing us in the direction of dog friendly local spots.
