O'reilly's was awesome today. I went in after being completely ignored at Advanced Auto Parts, looking for a fuse. I was immediately addressed. While it was not in stock I was politely told it could be there in two hours. When I returned, one young man retrieved the fuses I needed and one asked how my day was. I am more than pleased and appreciative of the service I received today. I apologize I don't remember their names but if they were working the counter between 1:30-4, those are the very polite and hardworking young men. Thank you for making a bleh day so much better. My truck is working perfectly now. This will be our store from now on!

Very friendly and helpful. Although the computer said that they didn’t have what I needed, clerk went in the back and found it. He could have very easily said they didn’t have it and dismiss me. But he said he thought he had seen it in the back and in a few minutes came out with it. Very helpful guy!
