Beautiful place, family owned and operated. A must see. The lower level has an area of odds and end cuttings in which a woodworker or artist would simply be in heaven.

My husband and I bought antique chairs and a buffet table in addition to a custom made raw edge 10 ft. Redwood dining table from the Metzgers burl wood gallery in Waynesville NC. The craftsmanship is outstanding! Father and son are amazing artists. This is a family business with excellent customer service. Top notch!

While visiting North Carolina, my husband and I walked into Moose Crossing's Burl Wood Gallery. I had know idea prior the amount of craftsmanship and detail that goes into every custom designed piece of burl furniture. A true work of art. Moose Crossings has been in business for 30+ years, owned and operated by by Stephen, Janet and Daniel. We were looking at the coffee tables and although the gallery was busy, Stephen walked us through answering all our questions. Next, Stephen and Daniel worked up a design to fit our space and we inked the purchase. Moose Crossings makes the shipping effortless, packed in a crate with lots of padding. The table arrived as scheduled and perfect. The attention to detail is exquisite. In 2020, we purchased two more pieces to complete the room. All of the designing for the 2nd and 3rd tables were done via phone, email and text. Daniel's vision took our idea from skitch to furniture pieces we will enjoy for years. All three custom pieces are attached here. Before buying any furniture, we highley recommend visting Moose Crossing's Gallery online or in person.
