U haul rental agent. Reserved appliance dolly 3 weeks in advance. It wasn't! Was told we would receive refund but we didn't. Had to call uhaul to obtain. Won't be visiting this agent again.

U-Haul scam at this location. Read all the reviews, they charge a cleaning fee to everyone even if returned clean.

Rented a 6x12 foot trailer last week. Glad I got the big one! Holds a lot, and I had more than I thought. All good, very clean trailer, like new. Contract and paperwork handled in a professional manner. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future! This is a small town, and it's just a one person operation. So it's good to be a little patient if he has several customers at once. He showed me a return trailer someone dropped off dirty. Its so easy to just sweep them clean. We are fortunate he is open Saturdays too! Thanks!

Got charged a cleaning fee when it was returned spotless. We swept out the back of the truck and it was exactly as we got it, but still charged $25. When I inquired, was told to take it up with the 800 number. Honestly, I don't have the time or energy to spend an hour fighting for my $25 back. The actual truck we got which was the site's own truck, not one that circulates, was a it scary. The transmission sounds like it needs some work, the passenger side door would not shut well, and overall could use some tlc. We were just happy it got us to our destination and back without breaking down.

Never rent a Uahul from this place. They will try and sneak a cleaning charge of $25 after you clean out your vehicle. If you are using the garbage Uhaul App at their store it hardly work because they have no cell phone signal at the store. So just be prepared to wait 45 minutes on the side of the highway. Also they say they "open" at 10:30 but the fact I was there trying to get the uhaul until 11am and no one was there says that's a lie too.

My husband and I had our Uhaul rental directed to this location. We paid through the website for a enclosed box truck and two furniture dollies. When we first arrived the store was locked. After multiple attempted calls a gentleman finally came out. He was very crass with us. Seemed more irritated that we woke him up from his sleep. When we told him we were here to pick up our U-Haul rental the guy said that he would give us a truck in the two furniture dollies if we pre-paid in cash. We told him that we already paid through the website he refused to honor the rental and told us to get out and complain to someone else who cared. We are now on a 30 minute hold and counting waiting to talk to Uhaul corporate about this scammer.

Rented U-Haul here. Extremely nice and efficient proprietor. Also had nice selection of mattresses, and wonderful paint job.
