Horrible customer service, tried to explain to manager Mike that I get static and unable to enter my birthday after trying 8 times, he would not listen or believe me
CVS is a terrible pharmacy! I would rather pay full price then ever bother with them again
I have sent all my information to
Cost Plus Mark Cuban’s Pharmacy from shark tank for a fraction of the cost, and when I get back to Florida I will cancel there care plus as well
Funny I called Kim Pharmacy no static problem and believe it or not a human answers the phone
Terrible Experience-deserves Zero stars !
There is a reason under reviews it’s only
a 2.5 and Mike said he has been the manager at this CVS for 22 years that
alone speaks volumes
I just picked up my meds at Kim’s Pharmacy and used my same insurance
It boggles my mind why anyone would
use this CVS !

This store is filthy. You have to walk through hundreds of cigarette butts and old gum. It's very gross. Inside is not much cleaner.

If a zero was available, I would give their pharmacy a zero. I tried to move two prescriptions to CVS, I didn’t know I didn’t have any refills, and instead of calling, I found out when I physically went to their store. I was told I moved these to another pharmacy and told several times “you are not listening to what I am saying”. How rude when what they were saying was not correct. I won’t be placing my business there.

I totally get why the customer service is poor at best. The staff is working with systems that are sub-par. The CVS App. will allow someone to order prescriptions before insurances will approve payment. What I have found is that the staff will instead call the customer and advise that their order will not be covered. They will just cancel the order without notification. I have found that this is common practice. And honestly warrants the "negative" reviews they receive. This is an internal CVS issue that they clearly have no interest correcting and sadly, their employees are left to feel the effects.

I know there’s issues with the phones and maybe not getting the best customer service. But these people are always slammed, the place always packed. Prescriptions overflowing the bins. They turn over prescriptions fast and I know they’re working hard.

I had an extremely important question about a medication and tried to call the pharmacy. I was on hold for over an hour and finally had to make a guess of how to take the medicine. This happens every single time I call so this is NOT an isolated incident. Unfortunately, my insurance requires me to use this pharmacy or I would go somewhere else no question.

Went to pickup my prescription and it was closed with a sign drive through only. The line was backup 8 cars deep. Line moved a snell. I am going to move my prescription to Walgreens. The people working there are very unhappy and treated like you don't need to be here.

Fraud alert: Someone is posting reviews under an account in my name. I have no problem with CVS and as far as I know there is no such thing as fish odor syndrome, but if there were, I believe this individual has something far worse going in their twisted little brain. Sorry CVS - we're trying to get google to do something about this fraudulent account, but so far nothing short of pressing charges will stop this.

I have fish odor syndrome and had some questions about possible treatments. The pharmacy tech was not helpful.I need a natural treatment for this because too many meds cause me to have bloating.I was told I needed to contact my physician.

If you like customer service this is not the place for you. If you like being informed that your prescription might have an issue, again this place isn’t for you. If you do like being made to feel like you’re an inconvenience to the staff guess what this is your spot!!! I don’t understand how someone that acts like they hate people would take a job that has to actually deal with people. Makes sense they have a 2.5 rating.
