There is just so much there. They seem to be working on cleaning it up a bit and reorganizing, which was a nice change from the last time I was there. Don't miss the several places that you need to go outside of the main store to finish browsing.

A lot to see but unfortunately not much up our alley. I did walk away with a expensive mason jar for $20 though. I would probably stop again hoping something new has come in.

Love this unique store as they have something for everyone and you never know what hidden treasures you may find. Make sure when you go that you have plenty of time to peruse the multiple levels and sections of this amazing shop.

I found the place because I needed to rent a refrigerator dolly. Aron sold me his old one for the price of a rental. Can't tell you how many times I have used the dolly. My next project was to rebuild an antique corner cabinet and I found some old shelving at Big Red Barn that was perfect for the project. We have purchased a new home in Maggie Valley and Terry purchased a table and chairs that we no longer wanted. He gave me a fair price for the items and we both made out on the deal. I like to refurbish antiques and collectibles so the place really fits the bill for me. I have also rented a U haul from there and the service was excellent. My kind of place.

If you like the tiny bits at the bottom of a bag of chips, then you'll enjoy the Big Red Barn. The nicer stuff is in the front of the place, but as you go through the maze, you find random unexpected things. It's a good way to spend about 2hrs. Prices are negotiable and you can sell some antiques too if inclined.
