Went through today 11/02 and it didn't clean my car at all. The dirt is still all on my car, now there's just a top coat to make it shiny. Paid extra to have the underneath of my car cleaned and it didn't remove any of the dirt.
Will not ever go back, and wouldn't suggest going there unless your car is already basically clean.

You can do better and cheaper at the carwash by Walmart. Didn't get the undercarriage clean nor did it dry the truck. It's a Zipps wannabe.

Expensive and slow. That's what happens with zero competition.
No choice anywhere nearby. Very sad.

For the automated car wash only, these guys are my go to. Tried the “full service” today at a $50 charge, and was disappointed - had to break out the shop vac and armor all to finish the job at home. Wouldn’t use that part of the service - DIY or pay a little more for a proper detail.

absolutely the worst car wash ever. Paid for full service, tipped, young boys sat and watched me wipe my own car. doesn't even deserve one star!!!!

Almost perfect , we had paid for cleaning front to back inside and out including the cargo and floor mats. The cargo mat was wiped down but after we got home my wife was unhappy because of remaining dirt not thoroughly cleaned. I was to far away to run back and have it redone but will address it next time I’m in the area.

Not going back. The past couple of times that I have had a human do anything to my truck, it's been done half way. I paid for the top wash/clean inside and out. Armor all was only done part way and that was on the dash and one of the doors inside, you could see where it was not done. Tire black put on didn't even cover the entire tire on all 4 tires. Didn't bother drying my back window. Waste of money!

Every other time I’ve gone here the service was great, today I sat there for over 45 minutes waiting for them to clean my car. I had to leave without receiving the service I paid for because I had somewhere to be. They need to hire more people or at least let customers know how long the wait will be. Basically I wasted $30.

When you pay 35.00 for inside and out and then you get home and need to do inside and out it's aggravating! I had to re-do the inside windshield, my wheels were still covered in brake dust and there were spots of dirt left on the car not to mention the horrible vac job. Not worth the money!

HORRIBLE WORK ETHIC!! My fiancé, took her car there today and spent $50 to get an exterior and interior deep clean. During the cleaning it started to drizzle out of nowhere. Oh well we cannot control the weather and due to it the outside of the car did not stay clean long. Not their fault. However the interior was atrocious! They did not vacuum anything except the floor boards not the sides of the doors nor the trunk! They barely wiped the interior of the car and where they did they left streaks. This is not her first shotty experience with this location and as such she watched and timed them as they cleaned the car and it took them a whopping 7 minutes to do a full interior detail. They were more concerned about going back on break or whatever they were doing before. I urge people not to go to this place drive to Asheville or find a private car detailer it may be more money but at least you’ll get your moneys worth.

Got the $40 premium wash supposed to be inside and out! Still have bug guts on my windshield and grill still dirty inside they did a terrible job!! I'll not be back.
