“My car was making a weird noise, so I took it to waynesville tire. I'm not the most car savvy, and I was worried that I was going to have a very costly repair in my near future. The man at the front said he could take a look, and within 20 minutes or so he came back with an answer. Apparently, a small rock had gotten stuck in the rotor, which was causing the noise. I asked if I owed anything and he said nope! I will absolutely be bringing my car here from now on. The fact is he could have made up some repair and charged me for something unnecessary, but instead he was honest and saved me from spending a lot of money (that I don't really have). I'm not gonna go anywhere else from now on. Thank you so much!!!”

“I went to the Indian dealer as I was having issues with my rear tire, it needed to be replaced, and I was on a trip. Either the manager or the owner was outside moving bikes and was extraordinarily nice while telling me he could not help me until the next day. He was extremely apologetic and understood he was delaying my trip. He explained to me he only had one technician, and there were people ahead of me and he could not get to my motorcycle until the next day. I want to applaud his willingness to help and his honesty at not being able to help. That showed a lot of integrity as far as I was concerned.”

Pricing was so reasonable (I’ve been to many different places and this was by far the most affordable for the best quality!) and it was done faster than I’ve ever had a brake change done (and of course quality was never a question they just know what they are doing). Super nice staff and very accommodating. I will only be using them in the future!!!”

I was referred to Paul after many did not want to touch my car. I had an exhaust manifold gasket leak (driver side). Paul accepted the challenge without hesitation. Paul went above and beyond the call of duty with my car. Manifolds were warped and had to be planed down. Paul's knowledge and resources made it happen to keep my car original. I asked Paul if he could tune my dual quads. (Edelbrock AVS), Lash my valves and change the plugs. If anyone knows a 426 Hemi, Gen 2, this is not an easy job. Paul tuned my car to perfection. I will admit I have had a bunch of hacks work on my car; because, there were no other options. Manifolds bolts busted in the block (Stage 5 Aluminum heads)and Paul drilled them out and re-tapped every single one so the bolts would screw in perfectly by hand. He also went through the car with a fine tooth comb and fixed small things that I didn't even request or had forgotten about. Amazing mechanic. I would love to have his knowledge on our classic cars. People you get what you pay for! I want it done right the first time and the last time, take it to Paul. Our cars are to special and valuable to have some hack mechanic work on them. I cant thank Paul enough for getting my baby back to what it should be. It has so much power again, idles smoooooooth, starts right up and sounds to perfection. BTW Paul did not ask me to write anything, but I am the type to give credit when credit is due. NO ONE will ever touch me car again, but Paul. Thanks Paul! your a great person and mechanic. It was a pleasure to do business with you and the Cuda thanks you too.”
“These guys were awesome! I had an issue with my caliper. Despite being super busy, they came out to the parking lot and diagnosed the issue. They ordered my part and were super prompt in fixing the problem. On top of all that, they were fair in their pricing for labor and part fee.

“I grew up in my grandpops garage and suffer from “if you want it done right, do it yourself.” syndrome when it comes to all things mechanic as a result. That being said, these are the only guys I will take my vehicle to when my fragile male ego falls apart, and I have to admit that I can’t make a repair myself. The shop manager William Swanger is the man, and a black belt in mechanic-kwon-do. - it’s also worth mentioning that they have a top of the line alignment machine they use here, as opposed ‘eyeballing it and getting it close enough.’ …which seems to be standard practice around here anymore. (I wish I were kidding.)

“Autostar Waynesville really helped us out of a bind. We had our 2025 Trailblazer serviced some where other than Autostar. They forgot to put on the coolant cap & we had problems. Autostar supplied us with a loaner car to get us through the holiday weekend. They found the issue right a way & charged us nothing. The people at Autostar treated us with curtesy & smiles & the issue was not even theirs. My Trailblazer from now on will be serviced by Autostar. They are good folks....Ed”
