“I needed to take my trailer to Asheville to pick up a load of lumber. Before I left home I tested my trailer’s signal/brake lights as I always do since I only use my trailer a couple times a year. Of corse the lights did not work. I then drove to the Sanook shop for help. Upon arrival I was told that they were very busy and it may take 1-2 days before they could get to my trailer. I reluctantly agreed, but as I prepared to drop off the trailer the owner did a quick test on the trailer’s electrical system. He was able to diagnose the problem within five seconds. I bought the new part and was on my way to Asheville in ten minutes. I highly recommend the services of Saunook Industries.”
“Rick is a absolute pro and very generous. Seems to really enjoy what he does and his years of experience make him a real gem. I stopped by for an estimate after I hit a poorly located curb and messed up the bumper of my beautiful convertible sports car. He literally fixed it in 5 minutes. It had buckled in and he figured out that it was just caught on something internally and he snapped it back into place. Used some magic product to get the scuff marks off of the bumper and you can barely tell it happened. Refused to accept payment and sent us on our way with a handshake and a smile. We will use Rick for sure if we ever need any repairs in the future. We need more Ricks out there!”

“Had a few problems with my F250 and took it to them. I made an appointment and brought it in. I gave them a list of the problems. Later that day I got a phone call telling me exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix. They went ahead and completed the work told me when it would be ready I went picked up the vehicle everything was fine. This is how automotive repair is supposed to be! I am very impressed and will continue to do business with them.”

“Amazing staff that goes above and beyond. True testament to humanity. There are still great people in the world...don't believe the media. My wife was bringing our son home from college in TN and her alternator went out. She knew I shopped at O'Reilly so they found this one and literally coasted in. Asst. Mgr. Alex came out to help and got her the right part and then went above and beyond calling his friend a Marine Veteran to see if he could install. I think his name was Joe (not for sure). He had just got off work and was about to eat dinner. Instead he got my wife and son taken care of and back on the road. So thankful to Alex and his friend. I will never forget their service and will always be an O'Reilly customer!!!”

“HUGE shout out to Stephanie! She went above and beyond to help me. I didn't actually come in there for my battery but to get some stuff to change spark plugs. When I mentioned that my less than a year old battery was corroding, she offered to clean it. She did an excellent job and I highly recommend Autozone over competitors in the area. She also noticed that the other place did not secure my battery in place. She got it secured as well. My interactions at this location have always been good and I so appreciate the help!”
