“I needed to take my trailer to Asheville to pick up a load of lumber. Before I left home I tested my trailer’s signal/brake lights as I always do since I only use my trailer a couple times a year. Of corse the lights did not work. I then drove to the Sanook shop for help. Upon arrival I was told that they were very busy and it may take 1-2 days before they could get to my trailer. I reluctantly agreed, but as I prepared to drop off the trailer the owner did a quick test on the trailer’s electrical system. He was able to diagnose the problem within five seconds. I bought the new part and was on my way to Asheville in ten minutes. I highly recommend the services of Saunook Industries.”
“Rick is a absolute pro and very generous. Seems to really enjoy what he does and his years of experience make him a real gem. I stopped by for an estimate after I hit a poorly located curb and messed up the bumper of my beautiful convertible sports car. He literally fixed it in 5 minutes. It had buckled in and he figured out that it was just caught on something internally and he snapped it back into place. Used some magic product to get the scuff marks off of the bumper and you can barely tell it happened. Refused to accept payment and sent us on our way with a handshake and a smile. We will use Rick for sure if we ever need any repairs in the future. We need more Ricks out there!”

They're aleays friendly and helpful, and that's the main reason I keep coming back. The prices always seem to be better than the local competitors as well. “Had a few problems with my F250 and took it to them. I made an appointment and brought it in. I gave them a list of the problems. Later that day I got a phone call telling me exactly what was wrong and what it would take to fix. They went ahead and completed the work told me when it would be ready I went picked up the vehicle everything was fine. This is how automotive repair is supposed to be! I am very impressed and will continue to do business with them.”

“In a time where retail can seem so impersonal and transactional, the folks at Autozone in Waynesville are a breathe of fresh air! On a Sunday afternoon while traveling from out of town, our alternator went out and the lady at the store - didn't get her name but she would have been working Sunday 7/20 around 2:00 - was so patient and kind to my wife who had to get an Uber and get the part while I rode with the tow truck driver to the repair shop. Not only did they have the part, but she was so helpful in getting it to my wife. We were able to get it installed by a repair shop that afternoon and got back on the road and home safely. Thank you!”
