Worst customer service, I spoke with 2customer service agents which were both located in South Africa could not not understand either of them, waited on the phone forever. Received a text stated my propane would be delivered 10/1/2024 at 5.30pm I called and asked where my propane was and the south Africans said our location was not delivering until 10/2. I used all my propane running the generator because of the hurricane. I ordered the propane last week. Unless I get some kind of discount I will not be using amerigas any further

You left us without heat for a week when you failed to respond to our call for service. When you finally did respond - one week after our call - you told us you could not help us. We are done with your company. It is the worst energy company in existence.

This delivery was a huge headache. You were late. I spent close to 2 hours talking to Customer Service agents located in the Philippines trying to get the delivery scheduled. It eas frustrating and a bad experience.Guess this isn’t a review you will post on your website.

The most unprofessional, poor NO service company I have ever experienced!Guess what? I now have a new supplier! CLOSE MY ACCOUNT!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If you have any problem with your tank, they will NOT fix it because they have no service crew. And no other gas company will come out in an emergency if you are an Amerigas customer!

Don't bother with this company. They don't show up when they say they will. Waited over 13 days for a delivery they said would be within 7 days (I'm still waiting). Spent a long time on the phone speaking to nice ladies in the Philippines answering the same questions over and over but wasn't able to reach anyone locally. No ability to reach anyone on the weekends - not even the Philippinos. Worst customer service I've ever had.

We closed our account because service was never timely and it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. Then 3 years later we got hit with a $160 fee for closing the account before having it open for the “full term” (3 year minimum). We moved after closing the account and they tried to charge us an additional late fee of $72 for not paying when we moved.

Literally the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you have any choice in your propane provider chose literally anyone else. We unfortunately have no choice and have been out of propane (and therefor heat) all week and have been guaranteed next day delivery every day all week and have yet to get propane. I’ve spent hours every day on the phone with customer service and still nothing.

My delivery man, Curtis, has alwayskept my tank supplied with propaneSo I never have been without! He iscourteous and professional!
