My first experience with Waxhaw Jewelers was wonderful! The staff was caring and welcoming. An heartfelt piece of jewelry of mine needed repair and Josey took the time to listen to what I needed, assessed the problem, offered a suggestion, researched the possible solutions ( even suggested another vendor) and went out of her way to find the answer for me. They did a wonderful job fixing my piece and letting me continue to enjoy this piece. I will be back.

I had my engagement ring resized and the prongs tightened slightly. Everyone was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Not only was it done wonderfully, they were able to do it as a rush order since I had just gotten engaged and didn’t want to be without it. If I ever need anything else I will definitely come back!

Waxhaw Jewelers will be my go to place for jewelry from here on out! I must have visited the store 10 times and they were always so patient and accommodating. What I finally decided on was a custom ring. I brought Erin a photo of something I had seen online and they easily matched and exceeded the original request. I have been meaning to review this Waxhaw gem for some time. They resized a vintage platinum ring for me about a year ago that included the most beautiful, delicate etching all the way around the ring. It was flawless craftsmanship. Today I went in to have my eternity band wedding ring cut off due to it becoming too small for my finger. I was extremely nervous due to it being a very difficult ring to cut through. The owner did an amazing job removing a diamond from the ring while it was still on my finger and cutting through the ring without doing any major damage to the surrounding stones. I really didn't think that would be possible. They saved me a lot of heartache and money on the eventual repair. Thank you Waxhaw Jewelers. We are so lucky to have you in our community!

Waxhaw Jewelers is the BEST! For my 20th wedding anniversary I wanted to have my princess diamond reset and enhanced (my diamond was .79 carats). I spent a ton of time trying to solidify ideas with another jeweler and got nowhere fast. I walked into Waxhaw Jewelers and Erin helped me reach the finish line within 30 minutes. She showed me lots of options (awesome display of inventory in the store from contemporary to classic, single halo vs double halo, etc.), and talked through pros and cons of metal choice. She addressed all of my questions, concerns and was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. Beginning to end I received my gorgeous ring in about 4 weeks time!!! I am in love with the final product and can’t thank Erin enough for her guidance and Ty for his wonderful craftsmanship!!

Fixed an heirloom bracelet as a rush for a wedding. Josey was everything. Helped me find a way to make it cheaper, helped me figure out what would look best, and helped me recover from a lapse in communication that meant they had to rush. She is my hero!
