I had to send a loved ones cremated remains via mail, and truly had no idea what I was doing. Lane was such a blessing to me! She walked me through everything and kept great conversation going throughout. She even helped me pack and tape the official box designated for these situations. Best postal experience I’ve ever had. Lane should train the masses on compassionate customer service, and get a RAISE! Her patience and respectfulness was way above bar. She is a gem at this post office!

There are no parking places. Only if you are handicap. The employees are parked in every spot. Came there before the place opened. They need a new place with a parking lot.

Had a package held at the post office which stated I asked them to hold it after an attempted delivery. When I went to pick it up the supervisor told me that the carrier had a condition that restricted him from carrying a certain amount of weight. Okay so which was it? I know I didn’t ask them to hold it so why document it that way. All I know is that this location have 50 something 1 star reviews and any other business wouldn’t survive on that. The good ol US government hard at work with tax payer dollars.

I have repeatedly had mail or packages delivered to the wrong address or not delivered at all. I get neighbors mail all the time and hand deliver it to them. Several times I have had packages say delivered but not found in mail box or porch. I'm constantly filing missing packages request and can't get anyone on the phone here. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially when getting time sensitivite mail for medically complex child and my pregnancy. I've lost hundreds of dollars worth of mail at this point and the best they can ever do is say the package was delivered to wrong address and unable to be recovered.

Got my package stolen they told me it was a different address and Walmart said something different so usps put a different address on it never again

Lots of misdelivered mail and boxes left on the ground next to the mailbox , easily stolen. They don't care.

Wishing there was a negative star! When your waiting all day for your mail, because it's never a regular time or even close, and it shows your mails coming, I mean they had to scan it for it to show up on my end correct!?!. And when they show up there is nothing? How in the haties is that?. This is not the first or 5th time either. How would you feel getting a birthday card with a cigarette burn through it? I had one made special ordered, had a nasty cigarette burn right through the middle. They blamed everyone but the delivery driver. Blamed me, the business where card come from. And they never did anything about it. I was just out the money and a card plus had to go just buy one as there was no time to reorder. But mail for today is important and something to be worried about when it doesn't show up. No skin off their teeth as no responsibility is ever pushed upon these drivers when they make mistakes.

I am currently standing in line. I count 8 people in front of me with only one clerk working. Two workers are on the outside carrying on with a male calling a female a “bag lady.” Hilarious! So glad that is more important than helping to alleviate the line.

Our new carrier is terrible. To day January 10 2024 they jammed my package in my standard size mailbox and I have to figure out how to get it out without breaking the package or my mailbox.
