This is the second time we've rented from this location, and just like last time, the staff was kind, prompt, attentive, and just an overall pleasure to work with. The trailer was easy to access, clean, and ready when we arrived. We will definitely use Cane Creek again if we need a U-Haul rental.

I couldn't be more thankful for them! They came through at the last minute with a uhaul for us to move, when the one in Lancaster charged us and never showed up with one. Even the customer service at the corporate office hung up on us!! I knew these people were great, so I called and they came through for us. Thank you Lord for them!

Everyone we came in contact with was GREAT!!! From the 1st call to picking up then dropping of we had the best customer service!!! They were a little out of the way for us but WORTH it for the way we were treated!!!!! 5 stars for sure!!!!!
