“Jeff (Owner of Hooked Towing) is one outstanding and highly honest individual.
My wife’s hybrid issued a do not drive warning. The dealership said have it towed in. We called hooked and when Jeff arrived he first took a look at the issue. He told my wife in all of his experiences with hybrids, it should be fine to drive to the dealership, but he would tow it if we wanted him to. He just felt a tow was not necessary.
Jeff was right. We got the car to the dealership with no issues.
These days, finding someone as honest and ethical as Jeff is a true blessing. He was more interested in doing the right thing vs just making a $….
