I have been going here for about a year now. Always quick service and plenty of vacuums and cleaning supplies to make work quick.A while ago I must have accidentally signed up for a monthly plan cuz my card was being charged. The manager got the charges reversed and made it right.

Issues with billing. Previously had Unlimited Premium Club. Didn't use it enough and canceled a while back. Decided I would go back but get the lower wash option. Asked the attendant to renew with the Unlimited Deluxe Club which is next step down from my previous plan. I was told to go to the website and they would update it. I put the request in. I received an email that I would be charged for the lower plan the following month. Went to get another wash and received the lower end wash. I again asked the attendant and was told to email the website. I reached out to the website and they offered to change the plan back and I would need to reach out at the end of my billing cycle to lower the plan and they would not refund the difference even though it had only been 2 days. This is not how the billing changes worked last time I had connected them. Just out right poor customer service.

Great car wash, vacuums and cheapest gas around. Only reason I give it 4 stars is that it’s annoying when the employees walk up and take over the touch screen from you. I’m very capable of pressing a couple buttons myself without having a teenager with a snarky attitude “assist” me.

They have been taking away services they use to do when you had the monthly pass. Washing matts and applying tire shine by hand.

I’ve been washing my car in this place since the first day they open today was the first time I locked my car keys inside the manager BRANDON offer me to take me home to pick up my other keys. Thank you, Brandon great guy 10⭐️

Like most automated car washes, this won't get out the stains on your glass but did a better than most job on cleaning all surfaces of the car. My SUV usually has a few books and crannies where dirt remains but Sam's machine got the entire car clean today. I'm not sure who sam is actually, never met the guy but the staff on site was attentive and paying attention. Typically in my experience these employees are off tik tocking and trying to influence someone while pretending to be important. "I hope your life is as happy as it appears to be on Facebook-tiktoky-myspace-snapperchatter-etc.Social media will distort the reality of developing minds. This really applies to all users but kids are the most at risk.Car is clean, let's goooooooo

Very thorough and good quality vacuums. I do wish there was a better way to wash all weather floormats. I feel safe and leave with a clean car.

First time at this location. Water smelled so foul through our AC like swamp water/manure. Suction for the stall we were in wasn’t as good as the other location near Shelley Mullis. Great customer service, but we’ll continue to go to the Shelley Mullis location instead.
