They’ve been taking care of my cat and dog for years. They’re great. Always available and I never wait very long. The vet is always $$$ but I think they’re fair as compared to some others I’ve been to.

Great staff so helpful!! Doctors take the time to discuss things with you in detail. Really glad I found this place. We just moved here from PA and I couldn’t be happier with the care they give.

I love this office. The staff are so kind and compassionate. I have been using them for the last year. Last night I had to say goodbye to my 16 years old Cairn and the staff was wonderful.

Love the vets here as well as the vet assistants. Place is clean and dogs are well cared for. Unfortunately there are a few receptionists (not all of them) that need to learn how to talk to people. There have been several times now where I have been in touch with a very rude attendant working up front. It almost makes me want to switch vets even though I do appreciated the actual doctors working here. They need to do better on hiring nicer people or re-train them on customer service as it is the first person people come into contact with. If I was a new customer calling in or walking in, I definitely would go somewhere else if they are not nice. It is not hard to be nice. I am not going to rate below 4 stars because of this, because I know it can be resolved.

They pay attention to you and your pet, that’s rare these days. I have done a good bit of business with them, a bit pricy but I get good results.
