I work across the parking lot and walked in to see if they can do my gel pedi. everyone was very nice and welcoming. (I was iffy at first cause I don't like trying new places and then be disappointe) well Joe did my gel pedi and he was awesome ! took out all my cuticles and did the gel so well thank you Joe!

If I could give it a zero I would. I am never the sort of person to complain on here, but this needed to be shared. I love my nails and they trashed them. Please see the before and after. They are so uneven wonky, and I asked for the same length

Save your money and time! Go somewhere else! The man who did my gel manicure was rude and unqualified; he used a corse file and took off the length of all my nails.. left stubs, filed them as to how he was sitting (crooked) and left sharp ends! Color all over the place-never on the full bed and his corrections involved using his own disgusting nail to cut in swiping part skin and part corner of colored nail, even filed more nail away over the gel. Owner apologized and PROCEEDED TO CHARGE ME IN FULL! Ridiculous customer service!!!!

I have lived in Waxhaw for 4 years, and I have been searching for the best mani/pedi salon. I finally found it today at My Natural Nail! I highly recommend the herbal mani/pedi combo (they use fresh fruits, ginger and hot stones) when you want a truly relaxing and wonderful experience. Tracy helped me to figure out what I wanted and Lien and John were absolutely amazing. I will definitely be back! This is truly the BEST mani/pedi in Waxhaw, and dare I say, all of Charlotte?! Yes, I absolutely dare!

I love the nail technicians. They are very friendly and professional. I have been with them for about 8 years. Lien is my “go to” lady and I will not forget her kindness and the great nail and pedicures that I have enjoyed!
Cleanliness: The salon is over and above the cleanliness of most salons. I have never questioned their sanitary protocol.
Stylist: Lien has been my stylist for about 8 years. I have never had a more dedicated and efficient person giving me the best spa treatment at all times.

Lien does an excellent job for acrylic fill- ins. The salon carries a large selection of gel polish colors. Their pedicures are always top notch. Many pedicure options to accommodate your needs and budget. The salon is clean and they use sterilized tools and disposable pedicure basin liners.

Very friendly and very very accommodating. My elderly mother gets her nails done here so I tried it out when I was visiting. I liked it so much that I’ll go back when I visit again. Pedicure chairs are new and comfy; manicure stations are nice although there’s no ventilation system over them like I’m used to back home in another state. They also do a basic manicure for my elderly father every other month while my mother gets her nails done. I highly recommend My Natural Nail.

One of the worst nail salons I have ever been too. Customer service is disgusting. The nails broke off within a week. The staff is so rude and impolite. Service was very low quality and overpriced.Services: Acrylic nails

The lady was rude when we got their. Pushed us off to the side and told us to go pick out a color. We weren't even sure where the non gel colors were and had to figure that out on our own. Then we tried to get someone's attention and the same lady put us in the last two seats in the back and forgot about us. My mom and I were sitting their for more than 20 minutes with nobody approaching us to the point where the water was cold. Finally someone came by and asked us which spa type we wanted, left and then came back and said they were out of the two that we wanted. We picked two more and that lady started working on my moms toes. By the time my moms feet were painted another lady started working on mine. Shortly after the lady left and had someone else start working on me. When the lady saw that I had calluses she made a tsk noise. I mean who doesn't have callouses that need to be fixed(the tool she used wasn't even effective and their still their after everything is finished.) The whole time I was getting my feet done their was cold air blowing on me. When the lady used a towel on my legs the towel was just room temperature(usually their warm). Drinks were offered way after a fact by a guy who kept walking up and down the aisle. The other thing was that the lady who was doing my toes gave me flip flops when they were done even though I came in with some(just another thing I had to carry.) I also wanted to get my fingers done which was done by a whole other lady. After putting the clear paint on she wanted me to dry them. Once they were dry the fan was left on blowing on me(again with the cold air.) The lady accidentally got a drip of nail polish on my hand(which wasn't near my fingers) and didn't even try to clean it up all the way. The people seemed very disorganized and the place also had hair all over the ground and was gross. Overall my mom and I won't be returning just wanted to try a new place today and didn't get the care we deserved.

I’m mad, I legitimately just left and I hate my nails. I got a pedicure and the service was fine but one of my nails smudged in the salon and the color isn’t that shiny which is weird considering I used the high shine color. Speaking of color: their range is very limited. I got sns over my natural nail and the girl somehow avoided the corners of my real nail so you can see my real nail. Also the didn’t get the edges well enough so the nails all look grown out, and there is bits of the sns powder all of my fingers that I now have to pick off.This place is supposedly under new management but they’re not doing a good job. I want my money back, and I think I’m gonna go ask for a refund.Update: my nail chipped within the hour of it being done. I went back and requested a refund and they told me they didn’t do refunds. I am honestly just annoyed.Services: Pedicure
