Can't say enough about how much I like Morningstar storage! Always clean, the people who work there help you like they have a vested interest in what you need. I rented from another very large storage company years ago, and every time I turned around they upped my rent for one reason or another. I love that morning star gives you a one-year contract and it doesn't ever increase until your anniversary date.❤️

Initially my experience started off fine until the moving truck broke down at the location where I was picking up my furniture. Thankfully the company contacted a maintenance person and he arrived in less than 15 min and got the truck working again. This could’ve been avoided had the truck been thoroughly inspected prior to its use. There was also a faulty sliding door sensor that kept going off during the use of the truck. After arriving back to the storage facility, there were no further issues and I received my $100 deposit back. I don’t think I would use the truck again but I will continue to rent with Morningstar until there is no use for the unit.

I don’t have any need for storage at this point in time, but every time I drive by their signs I always smile. They really have a great marketing strategy! I look forward to seeing their new sign every time and they are always top of mind.

Can't say enough how much I enjoyed my dealings with everyone at this morning star! It's nice to run into a professionally run business today especially! Easy communications, easy understandings of their policies all due to good communication?. I rented from Morningstar years ago. One of their locations was taken over by one of their competitors many many years ago. It was close to my business so I dealt with the new company. And they were terrible in so many ways. From my experiences and renting space is which I've done for 40 years, Morningstar has always been the most professional company I have ever dealt with. I'm so glad to be back with them again!
