“Let me tell you about this rock-star Verizon salesman at the Providence Farm Lane, Charlotte NC location. This guy went above and beyond for me. He motioned me over to the Verizon booth set up at the Southern Living Christmas Show back in November and did his job. I left with an upgrade for my whole family. He took the time to explain the devices, and work with me in sending my old devices back even after I returned home. I do not live in Charlotte, actually about 2.5 hours from Charlotte, but he gave me his contact information to have for any questions. Fast-forward there was an issue with my bill in which I attempted 3 times to handle it myself with customer service only to get angry and hang up on the "Customer Service Professionals" each time. When I reached out to JT he was as kind as always and said he would work on it for me. He not only worked on it but advocated for me on the call with the customer service rep to get the issue resolved. This goes above and beyond his duty to the customer but that is who he is. If you ever need cellular services from a person of true character, professionalism, and charm, he is your guy. Go check him out for all your cellular needs.”

“It is a corporate store and I was there to drop off 4 old phones, the staff member asked me for a lot of details including my account pin and after 15 minutes of trying he couldn’t figure out how to take the phones. I shared with him that 2 weeks ago it took an agent 2 mins to do the same at another store. He said he worked hard to get the job and didn’t want to loose it and wants to be thorough. I didn’t have any confidence and left after he tinkered in my account for 20mins. I was concerned he would mess up something else .there is another location in Indian land which was super and processed all 4 tradeIns in 5 mins.”

“This is a nice target located in a sheer's shopping center at Stonecrest. The staff are welcoming and friendly, but it can be a bit crowded at times. And there are limited staff available depending upon the time you come. They have a variety of items to meet your needs home goods personal care food etc. like most targets they have a pick up option or you can pick it up in store or drive up to pick up. The store is well lit and clean. If you use the app you receive a discount towards your next purchase in your wallet. They also have coupons you can clip. Happy shopping.”

“I can't say enough about the Wesley Chapel Target. Since I moved here three years ago, they have given superior service. Their Drive-Up is a Godsend. I use it al least 3 times weekly. If something is out of stock they mail it to you free of charge. Their on-line service is competitively priced and has prompt delivery. Target made this Covid nightmare tolerable. Thank you for the important service you have provided during these challenging times.”

“I'll be honest; many people rarely perform in-store shopping, and I'm not going to fabricate my review, I totally purchased my TV from Best Buy online and picked it up at this location. However, I will say they were very professional and accommodating. It happened I was picking up a flat screen TV and forgot I needed a wall mount system. The store associate was very helpful in selecting the correct mount (and it worked nicely for install). I purchased the mount where I picked up my TV. The customer service associate for online pickup was friendly, and he also advised me how to care and properly handle the TV so it would not be damaged since I was transporting it myself in my vehicle. He called it from around back and they loaded it. Very good experience and I would recommend this Best Buy for pick up scenarios or in-store shopping.”
