I’ve been coming here for over 3 years and I will not go to another salon because the ladies and men that work here are so genuine and sweet. When I come in, they ask me about my family and how I’m doing. They are always complimenting and making sure that you leave their salon satisfied. Their business is one of the best. I’m in college now and I STILL drive to see them. The Building has gone through some changes due to the pandemic and closing, but they still manage to make the environment clean and cute! So organized and I feel at home every time I go in. Plus I’m in love with my nails every single time. SNS is my favorite here

I asked for a French tip pedicure, took time to relax and wasn't watching and then I'm done and look down and have a salmon pink color on my already pink skin tone... Gel so it's not even something they can swap quickly. No time to have them fix it so now I'm stuck with it. Just had a baby too so now I'll have to find time to even have it fixed. It's also my birthday. This place really lost my business...

This place has messed up my nails on numerous occasions-from bubbly and wavy SNS to pedicures with nail polish that remained sticky and never dried. There are so many other better options out there, why risk this place?

This is not a relaxing or professional business. They were talking loud across the room in they language and laughing so loud. One of the lady bring her lunch up to the front near the pedicures chairs stations and eat it , don’t every business have a break or lunch room here your employees can eat. The lady that do my nails sat at station 6 she is so bossy and mean. I wanted to do French in my real nails and she said your nail too short you put the tips on better. After she said that i said I don’t want tips, you can just do a thin line is ok. And then after that she said something in her language to the guy and all I heard is white tips. If I knew the you girl that sat beside her is off today I won’t get my nails done. I forgot her name but she’s really sweet, always smiling, she will make your day I loved her. She always do what we the clients want to do, and if she see something she will give you advices. She is the best. I regret it so much for getting my nails done today by that lady. And my pedicures too. Upon my check out it took the man a good minute to check me out cause he was so into his YouTube. Oh by the way this peoples doesn’t have good customers services at all. They charge you way more then the price lusted in they menu. They even have a kid worked on your nails, polishing and designing, this is illegal I come to a nails salon to relax not hear all of this commotions and talking about politics. If you go to this nail salon I would recommend you to ask for the young girl sat at station 5 for both your nail and feet. If not call in to see if she is there.

Spa pedicure experience: No AC. So hot and stagnant stuffy. Little fans turned on for the workers. Hot paraffin goes on really hot and then comes off before it cools. No massage. The floor is dirty. Lots of room for improvement.

I asked for a white color/SNS, and manicure. I asked for no drill due to my nails being thin. My finger nails got drilled, and slapped SNS powder. Nothing else has been done. They skipped out on the manicure. Disappointed!

I've been coming here since they opened and they've always been professional, inviting and pleasant. Tracy and her team of technicians always go the extra mile to take care of myself and other clients as well. Everyone...clients and team members are very happy here! I own a local hair salon and I refer all of my clients to my girls at lotus spa and nails because I know that they will always take good care of them.

I have been going to Lotus for five years. They are polite and patient and do a great job. The shop is peaceful and relaxing. They also adhere to very clean standards. You will get the same quality each time, because they have a very consistent staff.

Had a great LOOONGGGG experience (2 hours!) of asking for an Express gel pedi that ended up being an Express regular pedi but charged extra $3 for nail polish. (Not sure why?) As I was walking out the owner noticed I asked for gel but got regular polish so she said she would fix. I already paid so figured she would just fix it since her employee made the mistake. I was wrong & was charged $17 on top of what I paid. I paid a total of $55 for an Express pedi!! I questioned & was told gel was $20 more. This was never disclosed prior. I'm curious to see how long this gel will last on my toes. Either way, NOT going back. Totally took advantage of a new customer. Wish I saw April online deals before visiting. Would have been nice for them to offer. I would have been a loyal customer.

My daughter and I went in for SNS. We both loved the service as well as the results. The tech listened to what I wanted and made it happen. She was very friendly, made conversation with me about our families and showed interest in my daughter asking her about school and her hobbies. We will, for sure, be back!

Our family has been using Lotus for nail services for years. We drive from SC and our oungest daughter drives from Concord. The friendly staff know us and the services that we want. They are professional and the experience is relaxing.

I had a mani/pedi and my manicure was the worst one I’ve ever had. The polish was old and clumpy, there was polish on my skin and it was completely uneven and rough. I had to come home and take it. Very disappointed.

I've gotten a pedicure here twice. They offer monthly discount promotions, which seemed nice, until I learned that they increased their prices so it doesn't make a difference. What's worse is that they've increased prices without notifying the customers beforehand, so they'll charge you for it at checkout but you won't know why. Upon arrival on my second appointment, they asked me to pick the type of pedicure I want, and I made note of the price. When I went to check out, they charged me $10 more than what the price originally was. When I asked about it, they told me the prices they showed me before was wrong, and didn't own up to being misleading or overcharging at all. A friend of mine had a similar experience, and we won't be returning.
