“I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Waxhaw Jewelers. I originally came in because my wedding band was starting to dent my engagement ring, and I wanted a professional opinion on how to prevent further damage. Since they offer free jewelry checks and cleaning, it felt like a win-win.
Thank goodness I did! Once they took a look, they found that my engagement ring stone was actually loose! The jewelers did such a great job walking me through their recommendations. We decided the best fix was to weld the rings together so they’d stop rubbing. While they had the set, they also tightened the setting and gave them a deep clean.
My rings look like the day I got them. Even though I didn't originally purchase my band here, I’m so glad I came to them instead of my previous jeweler. I’ll absolutely be coming back from here on out!”
