We have gone here for several years. Each year they are less organized and less prepared and it somehow takes longer. We always schedule months in advance and bring our documents early. They never honor our appointments and take calls during our sessions and we always have the nerve wracking moments as they struggle to find our documents. I feel like I am helping them more than getting their assistance. We are not going to use this location again. Might not even use HR Block again. Our entire family were clients at this location and we have all had the same terrible experiences.

I've been using this place for three years and this year is probably my last, I'm going back to Turbo Tax. Each year, I have to call to ensure my documents were received and each year my online scheduled call/video is missed. This year I called....again after not hearing anything and Al told me he would call me back. Two days later...nothing. It will be two weeks this Friday since i submitted my documents. I know it is a busy time of year but at the minimum, acknowledge receipt of documents. The final straw was the rude older gentleman who answered the phone. He definitely needs customer service training, lol.

Update still a trash office I have to pay and they did them WRONG!!!!!This office is a joke. Al the manager likes to hang up on people because they can't get things done in a timely fashion. No worries a call to corporate and the BBB is on the way. Enjoy Al!

Excellent folks who are knowledgeable and thorough. Steve was an absolute delight to work with . Understood our complex situation and got it done right . Did not hesitate to be upfront about stuff and the time it would take for him to do the research . Highly recommend this location

I experience very discriminating, profiling, and severely questionable, tax preparation when attempting to use this #H&RBlock location this year(2022). Please be very vigilant when using this location to prepare your taxes. This location is very subjective with customers. This H&R Block employs two individuals with very questionable work ethics, which is supported by the branch manager. Their ethical, professional, and confidential standards are questionable. Tax preparation is a service that should be objective. #HandRBlock take a"second look" at this location, tax preparers and office management.
