Overall - excellent customer service and expert care taken with my vehicle. I’ve taken my car in multiple times for various bits of service and maintenance. Most recently had rotors and brake pads replaced. They took my car in, I got a call with the quote and recommendation, and now my car feels safer than before. Henn’s technicians/mechanics have continuously done exceptional work very quickly and always for a reasonable price. I’d recommend taking your vehicle here for repairs, oil changes, or miscellaneous things that you don’t know how to resolve on your own. Office staff is very pleasant and they always pick up the phone. I will keep coming here!

I have been taking my vehicles to Henn for 15 yrs and I always receive exceptional service. Henn has very experienced auto technicians that can diagnose any problem and fix it at a reasonable cost. The front office is fantastic, responding to phone calls. Alex is great to work with. I highly recommend using Henn.

First time ever using Henn Automotive, and I would most definitely refer them to friends and family. I thought I heard a ticking in my engine and spoke with the owner and he fit me in asap to make sure there wasn’t an issue. When they called me to let me know my car was done, they didn’t find anything wrong and just did a service on my transmission which was talked about before. Thank you Henn Automotive for taking care of me. I will be sure to be back if I need your services!!

Best place in the area to take your car. The entire Henn team works to get you the best solution for your car at the lowest price. That goes for mechanical issues to tires. They have never let me down in the 5 years I've been taking my cars in them for service.

Not a great place, charged me to fail an inspection and had me wait 45 mins for this! while waiting 3 people came in to complain! Terrible place
