I come in and sit down and it took 20 minutes when I booked it online, I was very disappointed because I knew this was a known branded shop. I go to the chair after I got called and it was very dirty and she didn’t offer to pick it up, so I had to pick it off the chair and then she was about to cut my hair but starting talking to the other barbers so I told her to hurry up and she took that as a offense and told me to calm down after I waited all that time, so then finally she starts cutting my hair, I asked for a skin fade on the sides and half a inch off the top but instead she cut almost all my hair off, she was also on her phone barley paying attention, and while I was trying to correct her she was just shrugging me off. This was just a awful experience. It is also so pricey so I would not recommend anyone else to come to this establishment.

I walk in and I sit down and they did not even say hi or greet me, I was disappointed because I thought they were really good I ask them for a low taper on the side and she messed up a little bit then I asked for a half inch of the top and she cut over 2 inches and they put product in my hair without asking and it was horrible experience please get better workers,

I normally don’t leave reviews, but Trish was so amazing I had to. First, she is from Brooklyn, so immediately she got five stars for her accent. Second, she is a great conversationalist who made me feel very relaxed and at home. Lastly, and most importantly, she did a great job cutting my hair. She asked me what I wanted and then followed up with me throughout the appointment to make sure I was satisfied. Very satisfied customer here who will continue coming back.

Disgusting place. Other customers hairs was everywhere. On the table, on the tools. Personal doesn’t clean there at all!

The haircut was fine, but in the middle of the cut the barber shaved off roughly 70% of my eyebrows without even asking. Now it looks like my eyebrows don't grow in the middle. Wack.

Wonderful service! It was my first visit and I will definitely be a regular customer from now on! My stylist was Linda and she was fantastic - friendly, professional, courteous, and made me feel welcome. Linda listened to my concerns about my hair condition and made recommendations and she took the time to show me how to easily style my hair at home. Linda did an amazing job - the haircut is great - thanks Linda!

Every time I go here, the haircut is terrible. There's always some horrible mishap that leaves me hating my hair for a solid month. I don't know if it's the workers or the general quality of GreatClips. Dunno. It seems that everyone is inexperienced and has no idea what they're doing. I also always get it cut SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than usual. SIGNIFICANTLY. Like asking for a 2 is more like asking for 5. And this is very annoying, as someone who doesn't naturally have good looks. My hair is the only thing that sort of keeps me afloat.In conclusion, you should go to a different, more professional place. GreatClips is just a ton of mumbo jumbo. Expensive too, considering what you get.

Took 1 hour despite me being first in the cue for 15 minutes with them skipping my appointment and they did not listen to what i had requested with me also having to teach my barber what a taper and a fade was

There aren't enough stars to give these guys. Everyone on staff is top-notch; warm, caring, and treat everyone who comes in like family. Don't let the long wait times online turn you away; most seem to be no-shows. And besides, where else can you come and sit for a while where they actually care about you and your family?
