I go to this gas station every day and I always get great service. Today I had to wait behind somebody because the woman at the cashier register. Took a personal call in the middle of her transaction checking somebody out. The manager knew what I was there for, grabbed my Items Knowing that her employee shouldn't have been answering the phone, I come from the world of customer service and I find this to be extremely rude. Especially when she had the person on speaker and you could hear the whole conversation. It delayed her in helping the person in front of me. And I find this to be an inconvenience and completely unprofessional. Thank you to the manager who always knows what I need when I come in. Hence why I gave them a three star review and not a two star review. Hopefully next time there will be no interruptions with the service at the store.
