Madison always gets the job done in the most comfortable way possible.. she is always very professional and kind... and pays attention to detail. Kensley, at European Wax Center at Marvin Gardens is absolutely wonderful. She made me feel totally comfortable. She is professional, kind and understanding. I went in for a bikini wax and she made the whole process painless. I am so happy I found her. She did an excellent job!

Val did my wax and she was great want her from now on . Ashley at the front desk not so impressive. Jessica who I called to discuss that fact that you all did not have my info in the computer, did not even show that I had been there 4 times bought a pass could go home and pull out bank statements showing I had paid and been at that one. You all had me in under a phone number that was 10 -15 years old. Very stressful, exasperating. Will probably think twice about renewing
