I specifically changed to this cvs due to the customer service years ago, however, with the change in employees, the customer service has gone down tremendously. The employees are rude, short and just nasty to deal with. I work in customer service that is also short staffed, but I could never even imagine treating my customers like this

Would give 0 stars if possible. Been actively waiting in the drive through line for over 20 minutes now for someone to administer MULTIPLE COVID-19 tests to several people in one car in the Drive-Thru lane. Absolutely ridiculous. If multiple people need tests, there should be a place for them to do so at this facility that does not disrupt everyone else who just needs a simple pickup. The purpose of a drive-thru should be for rapid and easy pickup.

I had a great experience at this location. I was delightfully surprised by the customer service and by the variety of items they had.

Do NOT go here for any testing. You have to wait in drive through line for test but they only allot 10 mins to each test for their schedule. Well it take quite a bit longer and they get to the point running 30+ minutes behind. That and other people with later appointments can get in the line further screwing up everything. Need to fix it people.
