Prescription was filled incorrectly, Pills were missing. When I called them about it they put me on hold for a while and hung up. I had to drive to the store again to pickup the missing pills. They were not sorry for their mistake. Rude and irresponsible.

The best. We were Very fond of our CVS in the Greensboro/High Point area.We love this one on Kensington. Pharmacy staff & front of store are both glad to help & conscientious.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve had missing pills in my prescriptions, rude pharmacists and techs. Take the drive to another CVS. I listened to the pharmacist and techs gripe about germs, how they don’t understand why a woman would bring her newborn child in here, had people asking for recommendations on over the counter meds, she just turned them away and said go to urgent care. Granted, this is a few mins from a CVS with a minute clinic and all of the appointments were taken, you work in a pharmacy-have some compassion. I will never get anything filled here again. Fire them all, except Laura with the short dark hair. The pharmacists are a JOKE.

I have been using this pharmacy for a long time and this location has a serious customer service issue. Almost every time I have been on the phone with the pharmacy I am treated very rudely and am talked to like I am such an inconvenience. I switched to Walgreens across the street and I wish I switched sooner.

I had a doctor’s visit at 530 Saturday afternoon. Rushed to the CVS as I was hurting. Arrived at 545 and they refused to fill a prescription they had sent electronically. They have all my information all they had to do was count out 10 pills of antibiotic. Want a pharmacy that cares about people and their health do not go here!!!

I had a doctor's visit that ended at 530. My prescription was sent over electronically. Pharmacy has my information in their system. All they had to do was count out pills. I arrived at 545 and refused to fill my script. They had had it for 15 minutes. If you want a pharmacy that cares go somewhere else. Especially if you are in pain.

The store is fine. Very expensive. The pharmacy tech was kinda rude about what I was buying and threw the the bag on the table.

Jeremy in the pharmacy is great! Very kind and patient. All of the pharmacy staff is great at this location. Highly recommend them.

Absolutely horrible customer service in the pharmacy . Always having to order my meds because there out of stock month after month failing to inform me that they cant fill my prescription after telling me it's ready for pickup wasting my time and gas and making me go without my meds and moving my pickup dates apart so I have to make multiple trips to get my meds . Someone needs to step in a provide better management because they are obviously lacking experience and respect towards customers based on multiple interactions

There is a friendliness/Customer Services issue at this location specifically in the pharmacy. Now, I work customer service as well and I know how stressful it can be. But, please remember to treat your customers with respect and caring. This not only makes the people you interact with want to return but also other customers in the store.In my experience I saw staff being extremely loud and making snap demands of customers in line, cracking jokes about employees/customers and general unfriendly behavior.I don't mean this review as an attack and I'm sure there are underlying issues here that I as a customer can't personally see. But I do live in the town and would love to see the businesses here be the best they can possibly be.Thank you.

The so called Dr Jason was extremely rude this afternoon. I was asked to sign the pin pad and I asked what for as I have not signed anything in 2 years. I was looked at like I was crazy. I asked what I was signing for and he stated it’s for the script that I was picking up. I asked why as I picked up a script 2 hours before and he told me that I had to have signed for it. I again informed him that I did not sign for it and he became very Condescending and rude about it and told me flat out that I was crazy that I had to have signed for it. All members of this pharmacy have always been extremely helpful and kind. I truly hope that he does not destroy the atmosphere at this location.
