My son and I went to the "doc in the box" there for med care. The nurse practitioner was great and so was her nurse. I paid and we left. I realized that I paid without using my insurance card, so I called later. I was on hold for roughly an hour and fifty minutes, until I had to hang up and leave my desk. I tried calling several times, still no luck. This place is out of my way, so "popping" down there is not an option. When I did make it down there, nobody was behind the register, nobody was at the medical facility, and so I went to pharmacy to see if they could help or call for help. The only response I got was "you will likely have to call that 800 number back" or you can wait until someone in the medical area shows up". This is unacceptable. I don't have time to sit around in the off chance an employee might show up. Sitting and waiting on my phone for nearly 2 hours without resolve is beyond ridiculous as well. Now I am stuck with paying over $250.00 that my insurance would have covered. That was my mistake, but I'll be damned if there anyone at CVS that will help me rectify it. I know the insurance billing cycle is every 30 days, and can be changed. I guess I am screwed.

Stores are waiting to get customers, but at this location pharmacist will whine and complain they are so busy give you instructions to do it online or call back later. But only if they could understand by the time they whine and complain they can confirm the DOB of customer and process refill to keep their customers happy to retain the business. May be some other location knows better.

I went online to schedule my flu vaccine at this location, and after arriving at the pharmacy I was able to quickly receive the vaccination in a small but private room. The pharmacist was friendly and prompt. I would note, however, that they do not accept walk-ins.

Drive thru service is really slow. Be prepared to sit in line. Staff doesn’t look happy. We switched pharmacies a while back but do to our new insurance we have to shop here

I visited the minute clinic in Waxhaw NC on October 5, 2022 for a DOT physical exam. Nurse Martha took care of me during this visit, she was very accommodating and helpful and explained everything that I needed to know. I would highly recommend this minute clinic to anyone that I know.

This review is for the pharmacy. The staff ignores customers and does not greet them. You are actually made to feel as you are a burden on their day. They need to hire more staff. The wait time is ridiculous!

This pharmacy needs to hire more people. I have been sitting in the drive thru..only 2 people in front of me for 25 minutes now. Ridiculous.. I could have sat in a restaurant and ordered a meal and started eating it by now.

they really need to use the other lane for full service and/or add another lane because waiting in line for over 10 minutes and not moving forward to pick up a prescription is beyond ridiculous!

Older lady working here is so rude. Last time I walked in for two minutes about 15 minutes before they closed - just to use the atm. When I left she locked the door behind me with a huff. Store didn't close for another 10 minutes.
