Came this past Sunday. I’m new in town- needed my car washed- antenna on top of my car was ripped off somehow, yes the car wash did a decent job it’s a machine, but the guys doing the interior exterior wipe down did a half ass job. Half the time they were twirling towels talking to each other and waiting for people to give tips- giving each other the wide eyes when they received one. I get it they are young. But teach them to detail a car- don’t just hire and pay people without properly training them- because they are costing you your business.
Update: husband brought our car last weekend and the staff wiping down doing clean interior wiped windows and interior windshield with a dirty rag or one with armorall and had streaks all over my windows. Not good.
TRAIN THE EMPLOYEES ON HOW TO DO A HIGH QUALITY JOB. Or I’m opening my own to compete.

Everyone was super friendly and pleasant (especially considering the heat!) to work with. Unfortunately, I had to swing back around as the detailers missed the area around my front grill which had some pretty evident bug action. I informed the one gentleman ( ginger hair / tall/ super nice!) and he had me pull back to the detail area and took care of the issue immediately. Great customer service recovery and it has convinced me to become a monthly subscriber. I used to live in Mooresville and frequented that location often. I think that Mooresville must use a different solution as my car always has a great smell when I left. No great smell in Waxhaw but I appreciate the willingness to make it right! Tia

Worst car wash i have ever received!Paid for a full service and they didn't even touch the trunk or bother to vacuum the inside. Avoid this location! $35 wasted

Honestly so upset about this. My first time going there instead of just doing my own car at Sam’s xpress Car Wash. Autobell looked like they didn’t even try. So much dog hair they didn’t vacuum, my windows are smeared. I literally can show the time on my receipt I went through, and then right after leaving taking a photo of the lack of work they did and it’s awful. They literally spent 5 minutes on my car. Just save yourself the money and go to Sam’s

Brought my older truck in and added extra cleaning for the carpets. Keep in mind the truck was completely empty of trash and personal belongings to make it easier for them. I paid $93 for the premium wash plus the extra carpet and interior cleaning. They were finished in less than 10 minutes. They did not do the extra cleaning and when they opened the door to show me the car I immediately noticed the side pockets were not even touched! The carpet was just as dirty. When I turned to say something the 2 guys had walked away and were going around behind the building. This place is a rip off and waste of money!!!
