I made a visit in hopes of gaining a new care provider, PA Jennifer Gonzalez, I quickly realized she has listening problem when it comes to hearing what her patients have going on. She talks at you rather than talks with you and she kind of just does whatever she wants. For instance, I was going to get some minor bloodwork done, she asked if I wanted an std test, I said no, she billed the insurance and added them on anyway. Also, I made it SUPER clear that one of the previous meds for heartburn that I was on caused a reaction noted by many people as a side effect. She looked at me as if I was a complete idiot and as if i was just making this up just because. I got a notification of my meds ready at the pharmacy, she sent in the prescription that I specifically said not to because I have a reaction. I am already on a different PPI and she purposefully called in the one I said not to as if she was going to conduct an experiment for herself rather than listening to and believing that I know my own body. I have made multiple contacts to the provider via the app portal and no response. I am now out of my other medication and cannot get the provider to send in the correct one that I told her I have been taking and works for me. I will not be going back to her and I would strongly advise others not to as she is completely negligent and does not listen to the people she is supposed to be providing care for.

Always addresses my concerns with respect and dignity. I’ve been a patient for about 20 years and would not want to find any other Doctor. Dr. Holler is the best doctor I’ve ever seen, hands down!!

Second rate healthcare. Triage nurses bely their title. "the preliminary assessment of patients or casualties in order to determine the urgency." I was very sick and they suggested I frequent a local minute clinic. No availability appointments. See ya!!!!!

First, I felt the initial meeting involved the correct balance of questions from the PA and the discussion of what my issues were and what the next steps should be.Second, the referrals were sent quickly.Follow up from some of the referral doctors are slow. I'm about to push the MRI people to get a date as not having a call to schedule the MRI is not a good option and its going on a week with out hearing from them.

The technician was nice but was wearing AirPods the entire time she was with me. She also went through the motions of taking my blood pressure but did not actually take it. She then gave me a number of 120/80 which is normal for most but quite high for me. I asked her to retake it and it was lower. I have been in health care and taken blood pressure countless times so I’m aware of what’s involved to take it properly. The doctor was kind and professional.

First time here and had a great experience— no wait, quick and efficient, and the receptionist, PA, nurse, and lab tech were all nice.

Not a good experience. Atrium closed the clinic I went to. Dr left. My meds were finished and I needed new meds.I called and got a rush appointment at this practice so they could be refilled.I met with Jen G, PA. Probably the worst experience I've had for an office visit. She knew nothing about me, would not listen when I tried to share with her, she made it clear she did not like my former Dr. or her treatment plan and that she would not be managing my care the same way as my former Dr did.It was the equivalent of having to go see your ex wife/husband for healthcare and they just rag you the entire time.I'm 100% done with PAs. Only Drs going forward. Not likely to run towards Atrium either.I know HC people are overworked like everyone else. Costs nothing to be a nice person. Maybe she was having a bad day. I'm not mad, just done. Not returning to this clinic.

I loved Dr Verrill and his staff. The lab technicians were very friendly even though they had trouble finding my veins to draw blood. I would highly recommend this practice.

Jennifer Gonzalez, PA addressed all of my concerns during my visit. I appreciate her attentiveness and ability to come up with obtainable solutions. I feel that this was the first time I had a thorough wellness visit, I’m steps closer to becoming my best and healthiest self. I will definitely keep coming back to Jennifer.

Overall very good. I've been seeing Dr. Tomcho as my PCP since I arrived in Indian Land and the Charlotte area in 2009. We have a very good rapport and are able to talk to the extent possible.
