I was in the Washington, NC location for a routine visit for my Jeep Compass and while I was waiting I had a conversation with Mike Carraway, who helped me get out of a jeep that was giving me more problems and empty pockets than I needed. He helped me and assured me along the way that he would be able to assist me in getting a better vehicle and for a better budget for my pocket. He was SUPER friendly, very understanding and relatable to what I was going through. Since being laid off from work and not having any steady income coming in, I was able to put a down payment that worked for me and get a payment that I was comfortable with in purchasing this 2019 Jeep Cherokee. Was on vacation in the area with my 2021 ram 1500 from NJ. Truck started leaking oil couldn’t get any help anywhere called this place the older gentleman in service told me they were closing in 30 minutes but him and a tech would wait for me which indeed they did. Their hospitality was beyond amazing. Got the truck looked at for me. Was amazed and blown away with today’s day and age it just showed there’s still good people out there. I will most certainly drive 9 hours back down to purchase my next truck here.

Setting up an appointment was easy. Got good directions to service check-in. The check-in man was efficient and pleasant. It took a bit longer and was a little more expensive than I expected.

We have a 2014 Ram Promaster van. After a 17,000 cross country trip, we abused the heck out of the entire front end, and wore out the tires. We needed upper and lower tierods, both front axles, plus new tires. Dealer had to do some research to find parts. The total was a little expensive, but most of that is just the higher costs of car parts. Washington CDJR did an excellent job with the installs, and came in at the initial estimated cost. We will use them again.

I recently purchased a 2020 ford edge at the end of February of this year took it back to them to find the transmission was no good the suv was brought in to be checked out May 30th it is now June 24th and they still have the truck and is finding more problems with the truck the communication as to what is going on is terrible as well instead of them telling me what’s going I have to ask what’s the update on my vehicle knowing that my vehicle has been in the shop for a close to a month
