Had Richie bulletproof our 2010 6.4 powerstroke, also replaced the body mounts and rebuilt the front end. Work was good, price was very fair. Very knowledgeable. My experience was very good.

Richie really knows his stuff. Did some really good work on my 6.0. I don’t know anyone that’s I’d trust more than him for knowledge on these powerstrokes

Parts changer!!!!! Lies about prices he will charge so get it in writing better yet. I will never take my vehicle there again. He puts the cheapest parts on but charges for OEM and will not show you and invoice for parts and put on. Also wants to argue with you about your own vehicle. I paid his up charge just to get my truck after 8 months and still not fixed. Can’t get him to answer once he has your vehicle. I wish it was a zero star I could give him.

Ritchie at powerstone is the worst place you could carry your truck to he will always have an attitude with you when talking to him like you know nothing an then if you call him about your truck he won’t answer your phone calls if he has your number saved so you have to call him from a number he doesn’t know just to get him to answer an then he’ll take forever to fix your truck an blame it on parts being broken an not right which I can understand but Ritchie has had my truck since January of 23 I just got my truck back on April 5th 23 an on top of all of this he’s just very rude an impolite person so if you don’t want to waste time an money DO NOT CARRY YOUR VEHICLE TO POWERSTONE DEISEL

I used Powerstone Diesel to replace the engine in my 2017 Ram Eco-Diesel. When my engine broke I didn’t have a clue where to go. Being satisfied with the great reviews I saw at the time on Ritchie’s knowledge and craftsmanship, it was enough for me to initiate a call to Powerstone Diesel. He asked that I bring it down for him to diagnose, and we set it up. When I met Ritchie at his shop with my truck, he was VERY up front and honest about the time it may take to get the repair done, never once giving me a drop dead date, even BEFORE I committed to Powerstone. Not because of supply chain issues, but just like about every business right now, he has had problems finding good labor to help him in his business, and who share his vision for quality, not quantity. Yes, while I wanted my truck back as fast as possible like everybody does, for me personally, my desire for a quality repair far out-weighed how quick I got my vehicle back. So I left my RAM diesel with Powerstone. Ritchie called me a few days later with my 2nd same diagnosis. He told me what I needed for my repair, letting me know when he received the core at his shop, re-iterating to me , again at that time, that he WOULD get it done, but could not give me a drop dead date of re-delivery. I understood and remembered the original reason I took it to Powerstone.I received my truck back yesterday, just inside the time frame he thought it would originally take. During the process of checking out, Ritchie took the time to make sure I was confident about the job and work that was performed. Ritchie reviewed once again with me what caused my motor to break, (bad service at another provider), he showed me the core he pulled out - already boxed and crated for return, and opened the hood - explaining my fix in front of me -nothing to hide. This assured to me that my original decision to leave my vehicle with Powerstone Diesel was the best one for me.While Ritchie’s communication could, and should be better - we talked about this yesterday - I am convinced I made the right decision to work with Ritchie. I believe this was a quality repair at a very fair price, despite the communication frustration at times. After Ritchie and I shook hands, he asked me to call him should I have any questions about the work he performed. I intend to not just do that, but today I will also note for the record that I intend Powerstone Diesel to be my new service provider for my diesel on any of my trucks needs moving forward.Service: Engine repair

Ritchie is very knowledgeable, does clean work, and offers outstanding after installation service. He installed an upgraded trans cooler, air bags and and tuner on my 2000 Superduty. I have no doubt that using him to service the truck will result in my 7.3 getting to the legendary million mile mark.Services: Transmission

Amazing customer care. I Had a situation where the rental place would not come get me. Took his time from what he was doing to drive me to the rental car location. Kept me in the loop on what my truck needed. When complete with my truck, met me at the rental place to help me drop off the car. Walked me through what all he did so no surprises and to make sure I understood what work was complete. Nice to see some shops still believe in taking care of the customer. Nice to have a knowledgeable mechanic and technician near me that actually diagnosed my issue and correct the cause didn’t just swap parts. Thank you.

Ritchie does all the work to my truck. Tonight I had a failure due to an issue with my fuel tank. Ritchie and his wife responded to my location at my customers house and got my truck up and running. Thanks to his work, after hours, I will be able run my business tomorrow until the issue is permanently resolved. I will always be a loyal customer.
