Jared is a joy to work with. He is very knowledgeable and patient.When installing our microphone today, he took his time to make sure it was setup properly with a perfect sound. Jared ensured that I was satisfied with the sound of the microphone and had no questions prior to leaving.That's the kind of Customer Service I want.

Been going to this shop for years and always had help with whatever I needed fixed, figured out, or even built. Great team of professionals who know what they’re doing and take time to actually talk to the customer instead of a “fix it then push you out the door” mentality. This will definitely always be my go to music shop as long as they’re a business

PC Sound just completed a repair of my Roland FP-90 portable keyboard, which is an expensive professional grade instrument. I am pleased with their work and fair pricing. All the employees and the store manager were helpful. Also, I was impressed with the selection of musical instruments they offer.

This is hands down the best music store in the country! I needed a electronic piano for my granddaughter. I called and they had it to me in two days and I live in Indiana! The staff is courteous and professional! If there is any thing music related that you need, if not in stock, they will get it. I can't recommend them highly enough!
