great service from movers! However, was quoted $140 per hour, worked 4 hours then received bill for almost $900. claim was for hours before and after driving were included. No where is this not caused by lack of integrity. will now not use for second part of move.

The worst moving company I’ve ever used, they moved the rest of my grandmothers stuff out of her house in February, paid for that. Then I gave Oscar a 600 dollar deposit to bring those items to my home in Georgia and I was to pay him the rest once my items were delivered, he said April then “truck problems” then may then “short staffed” now it’s September still no attempt to bring my items down, so I rent a box truck drive 500 miles up to Washington North Carolina to collect my items since he couldn’t follow through, I asked Oscar to have guys there to load the truck( least he could do for not following through on the delivery) one guy showed up an hour late, spoke no English and was very little help, very poor communication never answered the phone or texts and I still have yet to see any of my deposit back for the delivery of my items that didn’t happen. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy

I scheduled an appointment with them a month ago for 9/16/22 at 9:00 so when no one was at my house at 9:30 I called and he stated the truck was broke down but it would be the afternoon when they could get to us. Around 2:30 I called again because no one had contacted me and no one answered the phone and no one returned my voicemail. So my husband and I had to move our stuff. We understand things happen but no one contacted me at any point to give me updates or offer an alternative to helping us. Wouldn't use them if you really needed help.

While they had the chairs that I needed for a particular event. A down payment was required to be left at time of pickup and then the fee was supposed to be returned when items were dropped off. I never got my deposit back. I contacted him several times about it. I was not nasty in the least and was very patient. It's been over a week and still no deposit. The deposit was small but it is still my money at the end of the day. I would not recommend them based on that. I'm a business owner myself and understand that things get hectic but this is not the proper way to conduct business.

Shane and Daniel were friendly and professional and took great care of my moms antique furniture. A great crew who worked quickly and very hard despite rain and cold. They didn’t blink an eye when they saw the piano! Enjoyed taking the obligatory picture at the end of the move. Would HIGHLY recommend this business.Services: Senior moving
