Doing a remodel. Contractor told me to buy a bathtub-few on the floor, only fiberglass or free standing to look at. Few matching sets in the store of the extras, so unable to match towel bars, toilet paper bar, towel bars and safety bars. Many other items were not available. Left with almost anything on contractor's purchase list. Expected to leave with a $4,000 bill, found less than $200 of items on my contractor's list in spite of asking for help. Service people were hard to locate and were not very familiar with their product or availability. I found many of the items on Amazon. No tub, but will probably find one at another store.

I will never buy any thing from Lowes again, I bought a wash tower and paid for delivery. The first one was damaged never heard back 2 weeks I called them. The new one was delivered and it was in worse shape,broken glass, Was waiting for third delivery and were late and had to call because they were to install the item and driver said just drop off . Never again . Value none. Three times this on dent same place as first and washer machine door would not close. Save your money buy appliances some other place

My husband and I went to look for a new dishwasher. We store for a few minutes waiting to be helped. A guy walked by and, with a. Friendly smile. Asked if we needed help. We told him we'd like to get this dishwasher. He asked us to show him which one, he checked, said they had two in stock. He gave us the number to take to the register, told us he would meet us out front. He said he works outside but he would get his buddy and get us what we needed!! He was so Kind and helpful!! Brandon C from outside-YOU ARE AWESOME!! And, as we were checking out, Kiara was also friendly!! It's so nice to have employees in a big store care about customer service!! Thank you Brandon C and Kiara at Lowes in Washington!! You guys are great!!

To be completely honest, if I could put 0 stars, I would. We've had to come back to this location 5 different times just for ONE belt to go on a lawnmower because the people who were working there didn't know what they were doing.. Not to mention when we do go i'm there were have to walk all over the place because no one wanted to help us. I walked to the customer service station to ask them to call somebody that knew about lawnmowers to come help us figure out the best option and there was 3 people there but none of them would even acknowledge us so we had to walk around and find someone to help us. We will not be coming back to this store.

This is a great Lowe's location. The staff are friendly and super helpful. One staff member helped me choose an umbrella and umbrella stand that can withstand the wind out on our pier on the water. He then directed me to the checkout and to a couple of guys who could load the heavy umbrella and stand into my car. Great experience!

Bought most expensive Sherwin Williams paint from rude girl that was in a hurry to go on break. Spent a day carefully applying to my bathroom. It dried a different color from the paint chip sample. Andrea is apparently a department supervisor with a huge nasty attitude. I sure miss Home Depot. Where is customer service at Lowes? My entire day spent painting for Lowes sloppy work mixing paint cannot be recovered.

This is the worst Lowe's that I have encountered in the entire country and I've been to dozens. Their management is terrible. Their stock control is non-existent their employees are apathetic and the sooner I can get the hell away from it the better
