I brought my car to the dealership three times. It's nice inside and the employees and mechanics are pleasant. The only problem is that they are always busy, and the work seems rushed. I had to bring my car back twice before for the same problem. The second time, the mechanic (Rick) was very professional knowledgeable. We went on a test drive, and he explained what he thought it could be after hearing the sounds my car was making and knew exactly what to be looking for. I trusted him and he made me feel confident that he would get to the bottom of it. When I made my appointment, I specified that I want the same mechanic to look at my car again. I arrived precisely 8:00 am. I asked if the Rick the mechanic was there yet, and the agent told me she didn't know. I wanted her to check and get back with me but, she led me to the waiting room. I was really anxious, as to who was looking at my car. After about an hour the agent came and said I'm ready and she led me to the counter to pay. I asked again about mechanic, and she just looked bewildered...I was not happy about this, and I really wished I could have talked to the mechanic personally. But to no avail and felt rushed to pay and leave...Now, I still have the problem as it was diagnosed to be my struts and can't afford to fix it. I got tired of taking my car to the little garages, each telling me different things going on with my car. With no trust there, I decided to stop messing around and go straight to the professionals...Well, I'm right back where I started from and shelled out $120+ for it...:[

Me and my family have been customers of Lee Chevrolet for many many years. My last visit wasn’t the best experience; however, we all have days when we don’t do our best. I brought my fleet vehicle back this week and was impressed with the service associate Samantha Basnight. She executed all tasks without question, was familiar with the vehicle issues, pushed the car through checkin, and I was off in a rental within a very short amount of time. The fleet vehicle was repaired within 2-days and back on the road. Thank y’all for the prompt response and customer service!!

I took my car too Lee Chevrolet in Washington Nc. They did a diagnostic and said I need a transmission sensor that cost 2300. They called and said car was ready a couple days later. I picked the car
up and it was still have some of the same symptoms. I called bk the next day and they told me to bring it bk and that the would check it. Then the call bk a couple days later saying I need a transmission.I said I just paid yall 2300 because yall said it was the transmission sensor I feel like the knew it was the transmission from the start and scam me out my money...UPDATE.. Igot a email to call Lee Chevrolet of Washington when I called back Noone knew who to send me too .. This really sad after scamming out my money
