Customer rapport is awful. Misleads customers to buy parts that aren't needed and then refuses to refund for his mistakes.

Does good work but doesn't be truthful with his clients, was told to purchase parts for a vehicle, had one side completed and the other side was scheduled to be done but was told original kit that was purchased was wrong and needed new parts so after already purchasing the kit. So now more money was spent on materials when they weren't needed and was informed by a second opinion that the parts were in fact the right ones.

Do not take your car here.poor services will have your car sitting at this shop for a whole week and not once worked on.. towed my car and that's all he did other than that did not work on my car not once but was trying to charge me 400.00 dollars for something that could have been done in a day. Poor service. Do not take your care there.

Great service. I called them for a tow and they were at my house within 20 minutes. Their prices are fair and the mechanic is very knowledgeable about vehicles. If the problem is something he can not fix there, he will tell you where to go and even make arrangements to move your vehicle. Definitely one of the best places in Washington to get your car fixed.

The mechanic was not very honest. He told me I needed things I did not need and tried to charge me $200 for a cylinder in the back wheel to be replaced. People take advantage of those who are unknowledgeable about vehicles.Service: Brakes
