Called my roadside assistant at 938PM was told Haddocks would be there is 58 minutes at 1151pm was told they were 20 minutes away.. I waited and waited.. at 310am I called back they state Haddock had canceled service call and they asked if u still needed someone.. I said YES!! At 738 B&D towing from Greenville came from Greenville to Washington to unlock my car. DO NOT USE HADDOCKS AS YOUR AAA.. OR IN MY CASE HYUNDAI ROADSIDE

This AAA provider is terrible. We were given a 45 min wait time almost 2 hours later no phone call or text that he was gonna be late when we called AAA back he had updated his arrival time and 40 min later he was still a no show. Had to call AAA back for another towing company because Haddocks was completely unreliable if I could give negative stars I would !

Had a tire pop going down the road, pulled over just to get off the street and ended up being in their parking lot. They got me in immediately, tried to save my tire, but when they couldn't, they put me on a new one and got me out quickly so I could get to work. My first time ever going there, all very very nice guys.
