Top notch customer service! Robert and the guys at Crown are very accommodating, the new facility is amazing! Many locations to choose from. They are super knowledgeable and friendly! Oh and the units are very affordable!

They rented me a van advertised at $19.95 and changed the price after the rental to $69.95. It was never advertised at $69.95 a day anywhere. Their whole checkin/checkout process was awful and then they changed the prices at the end. After being contacted with the complaint they had the audacity to say I would owe them more money and had done me a favor? Wow! I have done business with uhaul for years but this experience has put a bad taste in my mouth. It took almost two hours to even check the truck out! Their secretary was rude and lazy and equipment faulty (no one knew how to even open the truck). If this is how they do business it is no wonder why this location looked like a ghost town. I will tell all my friends and family, Yelp and Google maps of my experience here. Buyer beware
