“We've banked with First Citizens in *********, NC for over 30 years. While the staff has changed off and on through the years, I've never had the terrible experiences said by others. Always courteous, professional and helpful. I've had to have my debit card changed because of phishing on my account, but the new card has always arrived in a timely manner. After seeing the customer review rating of 1.04/5 I felt that someone should say something positive. We truly like this bank.”

“Went in to get a personal loan. Was only allowed 1/2 of what we needed. Ended up not getting the loan, because of high interest rate. The reason for my review is that I'd like to say what a great job Maribel Ramirez Ponce did. Very, very professional. Spoke very good English & took her time w/my Dad & I. Beside that, every associate were top notch. Friendly & professional. Must have a good manager at this location. Good employee's too.”
