“My car was leaking oil while I was here visiting my family. I am from Alabama and unfamiliar with local mechanics.Piedmont Tire was recommended by my brother. They were very friendly and professional. The repairs were completed within the promised timeframe. Since I was from out of state, the repairman asked if I could bring it back the next day so he could look it over to make sure it was perfect before I got on the road.THAT made me feel important and safe since I am a senior citizen traveling alone for 9 hours.They go the extra mile to take care of their customers.”

“We own a towing company and got a call from a customer who was traveling home and could not get her car to start. This was the only shop we could find near her. This gentleman put everything he was working on aside to look at her car and discovered it was just a relay and was able to get her back on her way. He really went above and beyond to help her. Being in an unfamiliar place and stranded is scary and he helped her feel safe and taken care of. So glad we happened upon him as well and he will be our referral for future customers in that area from now on!
