I made an appointment for new tires on my truck. I arrived the day of and checked in at the front desk. I sat in the lobby for a full hour and my truck didn’t move. Then, she came over and told me they didn’t have my tires. That they “didn’t come in” when she told me the day before they would arrive by 9am. I was amazed how incredibly disrespectful that was of my time. If they would have said something when I arrived I wouldn’t have been happy but I would have understood and more than likely returned once they did arrive. Needless to say, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Went in to have a new tire place on my truck and they broke my wheel lock by using an impact gun to try to remove it instead of loosening the wheel lock with a lug wrench. They claimed they didn’t do it and wouldn’t own up to it. I had just got another tire yesterday at a different place and had no damage to my wheel lock. Do not go here, specially if you are a woman’s. They think women must have stupid written on their forehead. Go to someone you know that you can trust. I’ve been getting my tires changed for years with the same guy prior to this incident. Only reason I went here was bc I needed and purchased a NEW tire and needed a balance. One thing I hate is a liar.
