On 12/4/2023 I placed an order for a part that was listed as "In Stock" I expected delivery in 5-7 days via Priority Mail.Surprise... It never arrived. But Wait there is more! A tracking # was created the day after the order was placed. Lets check that! Guess what? They never shipped the item.12/10/23 I reached out via Email and I was informed it did not exist but it was in process of being made.12/12/23 I replied to email stating I would wait, even as long as after the holidays. You know, because that is a reasonable thing to do in this situation, Being in holidays and all I understand.1/2/23 Email Sent, NO REPLY1/10/23 Email Sent, NO REPLY1/12/23 Emailed to cancel order and get refund. Opened a case with Paypal.Now on 1/12/24 the part is still listed as "In Stock" but now the price has been increased 100%. I don't know what sort of nonsense is going on over at JT Outfitters but they need to get their act together and behave professionally. Other people are relying on the information you supply to plan their projects.I am unsure at this point whether their inputs went up and they are unable to sell the piece at the price that I paid or if they are just unable to deliver the "in stock" product. All I know is that once communication fails the deal dies.

JT Outfitters is a waste of time, don't bother getting anything from this place. I ordered BBQ sauce and they never sent my order. After checking online on the status, and calling they put me off like he was going to get the sauce and didn't have any intentions on getting my products I ordered. I finally called and he told me he didn't have time to get the product I asked why did you advertise if you wasn't going to send it. He just told me he would refund my cost and hung up on me. Never will I do business with these folks again!

Each order has been shipped and delivered on time, and they're responsive on the phone and very helpful. Maybe others have had issues but I sure haven't. Thanks

USPS label created 6-16-23.....Today is 6-28-23 and no movement. No response to two emails. Opened a dispute with credit card company....JT OUTFITTERS IS A WASTE

BAD BUSNINESS.....I ORDERED $345. WORTH OF PARTS. I PAID OVER THE PHONE WITH A CREDIT CARD AND WAS EMAILED A UPS TRACKING #..........THE ITEMS WERE NEVER SENT ACCORDING TO THE TRACKING 3.......I HAVE TRIED 3 TIMES TO GET AN ANSWER FROM JTOUTFITTERS BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED AN EXPLAINATION OR ANY OF THE ITEMS. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN... THE INTERNET WILL BE LITE UP WITH BAD REVIEWS ON YOU SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

DO NOT do business with this company, they will take your order and take your money then create a shipping label so you cant dispute the order and then NEVER ship anything!! Try to contact them? - NOTHING - Crickets !! - I am out my money and and they will not respond!! - CROOKS!

placed 3 orders over the last few months for different projects from jt, and multiple other cruiser parts companies. jt parts always seemed to show up first and they have a great product at a great price compared to most other sites. the last order the box was beat up in transit and missing a few small pieces and customer service was great. responded and got the parts out right away. thank you.

Ordered parts over three months ago and haven't received. I get the supply chain issues etc., but what is not excusable is not returning calls, not responding to emails etc. I have made a dozen attempts to get a status on my order and not one single response. I did call one time a a person answered the phone and said he would look into and give me a call back in five minutes. That was two months ago. This place is a joke, avoid at all costs.Thanks for the refund, that not what I wanted, i wanted the parts.Ill get elsewhere no I guess. But your attitude towards this issue just confirms the whole issue. Just read your own reviews. No return communication is mentioned in every review. Funny how you respond within minutes of getting the review but cant respond ever to anything else for me or anyone else.Same story on all the 4wheel Drive sites and groups. This is a you problem not your customers problem. People jsut want communication - figure it out for gods sake and stop wasting peoples time and money

I bought a FJ40 wiring harness, received an email confirmation, after a week I called to get an update, the staff was friendly and received my product a few days after. I was happy with the service and have order a few items from them. Also, I ordered a exhaust manifold and it was shipped on the same day. Getting parts shipped on time is really hard right now for anyone, people have to be patient.
