If I could give zero stars I would. I have my prescription sent there several times, never hearing back that’s it’s filled. I thought that was very odd so I Called them and asked why, they said they didn’t know to do it. I shouldn’t have to call you and tell you to fill the prescription that is sent to you!! That’s ridiculous! They have also lost other prescriptions that my dr sent in for my son’s. This place is ridiculous and I won’t be back. They have proven that they are obviously not capable or competent to be a running and functional pharmacy.

This pharmacy is ridiculous. I constantly have issues with getting medications refilled. I had a script that was sent over and approved by insurance, I had to call the insurance to find out the issue. Turns out it had been approved 14 days prior and still had not been filled. Another script I had that was sent over 3 days ago still not filled CVS claims they never received but my doctors office shows receipt of CVS receiving it. Some of the pharmacist there are rude and snooty. I highly don't recommend this pharmacy and that is why I am having my medications sent elsewhere.

This place I horrible, they make people wait up to two weeks in between prescriptions because they don't have it on hand. Do you think it's healthy to have up to two week gaps in medication? You should be ashamed of yourself. If someone has had a standing prescription for over a decade you should be prepared for that. I suggest a new pharmacist that knows how to do a job

Sad, I could have walked out with a cart full of stuff, waved products at the door alarm to get someone's help, and they have them turned off. They were all out behind the store smoking. They need to be robbed. Teach them a lesson

Waited in a long line in the drive thru and when it was my turn, I was told I couldn't use my good rx because they were too busy. The choices I was given was to pay full price or come back when they weren't so busy. Folks working in this pharmacy act like they are doing their customers a favor but don't forget...there's another cvs in Madison with a crew that knows how to work and obviously are motivated to keep their store open.

I went in today to print some pictures off. I am not familiar with the set up so I asked the guy his name is Shawn and he was over the top helpful. Then the machine said printer out of ink so the other worker his name was Dylan, he jumped right into fixing the problem. I just wanted to say these two young men went above and beyond to help me today with printing pictures. They deserve employees of the week or something I was very impressed with their customer service skills two very good young men . Thanks again Dylan and Shawn

It is currently 7:51pm. We went to grab something super quick and the doors were locked despite the sign on the door saying it closes at 8pm.

Staff is friendly. They don't have enough employees and plan on being in line for 30 minutes + due to covid testing. They should have a separate line to pick up prescriptions.

Went to get covid vaccine and the lady said i probably couldnt due to no appointment. Then the pharmacist said he just ran out. If your too lazy to do it today be transparent about it.

Just called for a Covid test and I could not understand the pharmacy tech who is not from this country. I asked her to repeat what she was saying because her English was not clear. She hung up on me.
